Application
This machine is used for making the bead ring of tire , suitable for bead with rectangular or square cross section structure
Structure Features
This machine is composed of bead wire let-off device, bead wire acid cleaning and heating device, rubber wrapping extrusion, cooling and traction, length fixing and cutting device, bead winding device, etc.
It adopts PLC to control the circling number, bead ring free for wrapping, automatic discharge.
