Application:

This machine is used for cutting the cord fabric to make the necessary cord fabric of bias tyre.This machine is mainly used for Radial Agricultural Tire. 

Performance

 1. It’s controlled by PLC

2. The data input and information display can be realized on touch screen with memory function. The cutting width can be input directly, and the cutting angle can be traced and displayed.

3. The control mode has frequency control or servo control

4.  Linear drive or synchronous belt is used to drive the advance and return movement of the cutting device.

5.  Cord fabric splicing and winding-up device can be equipped as request

6.  Tyre carcass fabric and belt fabric cutting both can be realized by one machine
