Stair tread

1, Common used stair tread width is 700mm,800mm,900mm, the minimum width is 600mm.Mar width is inadvisable to be more than 1200mm.

2, When tread is made of steel grating ,steel grating type is possible to select.

3, The conjunction of tread and striger use welded or bolt-fixing, as shown in figure A.1.For bolt specification should not be less than M10.

4, When using bold joining, the steel grating’s end plate size t and installing hole A size show in figure A.2 and table A.1.

Note: Installing hole can also choose to use 25X4 long circle hole, in order to be convenient for installation.

5, Tread type is divided into 4 kinds: T1,T2,T3 and T4(see table A.2)

Type	Structural characteristics
T1	Used for welding installation, the end plates of both ends use the same flat steel as load flat steel to make edge band without nosing.
T2	Used for bolt installation, the end plates of both ends use 65*5 flat steel to encircle the edge, and open hole without, nosing .
T3	Used for welding installation, the end plates of both ends use the same flat steel as load flat steel to encircle the edge, with nosing.
T4	Used for bolt installation, the end plates of both ends use 65*5 flat steel to encircle the ends ,and open bole with nosing.

6, The nosing can be made of checkered plates, striped steels or other non-slip materials, according to the desire of customer.
