4. How to place the order?
A: Please send us your purchase order by e-mail, Trade Manager or Skype or you can ask us to send you a Proforma Invoice for your order.

5: How to send us the products?
A: We usually use DHL, UPS, FedEX to ship samples. For bulk orders, we support shipping by air or by sea.

6: Can you customize according to our designs and put our logo on the products?

A: Yes, we support both standard and customized products and can put your logo on the products. Our experienced R&D team will support technical questions. ODM/OEM is welcome.

7.What's your Delivery Time?
A:Generally the goods will be sent immediately by the air express in 3-5 days if the goods are in stock.
Normally within 30 days,please confirm with us before order!

8. What's the Payment Terms?
A:Usually,30% as deposit,70% before shipment by T/T or western union,Western Union acceptable for small amount.
L/C acceptable for large amount.Escrow ,Paybal,Alipay are also ok

9. How long is the warranty?What are the replacement conditions?
A:Warranty is 3 years since you pay and we only replace the product when they are not meet the acceptance criteria.
