1.High stability

Laser marking system applies semiconductor technology to replace the conventional electric vacuum technology. A high-power semiconductor matrix is applied to the excitation source, which has greatly extended the service life of the product and the stability of the system. The XTL-DP SERIAES laser marking system has a high degree of system integration, which does not need high-voltage power supply and high voltage devices, greatly ensuring the reliability of the system. In addition, the new seal means of optical path ensures the safe working of laser pump head with a long maintenance-free cycle.
2.High precision
The quality of beam output by the diode-pumped laser marking system is close to the ideal model, which is more appropriate for the ultra-fine processing. And the minimum character size may achieve 0.2mm.
3.High speed
Laser marking system adopts ultra-fine optical devices, in which, its galvanometer speed is much faster than the traditional laser system. Under the same engraving effects, it can improve the marking speed obviously, coupled with its typical applications, such as highlighting effect and removal of the anodized layer on aluminum surface. Otherwise, it is able to mark brightly colored and highly repetitive patterns on stainless steel plate.
