Q: What's the requested format for printing file?

A: AI, Coreldraw, EPS and PDF are all acceptable and the design should be above 300 dpi.

Q: What's the printing method are you using?

A: Offset printing, Gravure printing, Silk screen printing, UV printing etc.

Q: How many colors can be printed?

A: CMYK four process colors and any Pantone color is printable.

Q: What's the finish of your printing items?

A: Matt/glossy lamination, silver/gold hot stamping, Embossing/debossing, Spot UV coating,

Aqueous coating are all available.

Q: What's your MOQ?

A: Our MOQ is 1,000pcs for box & bag, 5,000pcs for tissue paper, sticker and hang tag.

Q: How many days for samples and the production time?

A: Usually our sample leadtime for tissue paper is 5 days and bulk production leadtime is another

3-5 days. For bags and boxes, sample leadtime is 3-7 days, production leadtime is 15-30 days

depending on quantity and complexity.

Q: What are your available trade terms?

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU and DDP are all acceptable.
