1 Applications And Features:

Our LCX curb machine uses asphalt mixture material or cement concrete material to construct road curbs, the finished curb is linear and smooth,has beautiful appearance, good water retaining effect,the operation is simple and with high production efficiency, is an ideal curb construction equipment.

2 Structures:

Mainly composed by power engine, power transmission equipment, transportation shaper, travelling system,frame racks and other parts.

2.1 Engine: S195 diesel engine,electric start,single cylinder,15HP

2.2 Power transmission equipment:power transmitted to the V-belt, through the sprocket and chain in special deceleration mechanism,to drive the screw conveyor.

2.3 Transportation Shaper: composed of the screw conveyor and the die mould,screw conveyor applies wear-resistant metal materials,the outlet curb shape through forming cavity is smae as what is required by the road manager department.

2.4 Travelling System: front direction selecting wheel,main walking wheel and lifting mechanism.

2.5 Frame Racks: welded by steel, used to support the engine and complete driveline.

3 Materials:

3.1 Asphalt Mixture Material

Generally the hot asphalt mixture is used,aggregate uses the well sticky asphalt as adhesive,gravel as coarse aggregate,natural or gravel powder as fine aggregate.

Material powder is the main component of asphalt mixture,it can pass 0.074mm or 200 mesh screen,all slag,limestone powder, fire rock powder can be used,but the maximum humidity is no more than 1%.

Asphalt mixture is produced by asphalt mixing equipment,then transported to construciton site,shall not be higher than 170 °C when it is out of the mixing equipment and can not be less than 130 °C when arriving at construction site.

3.2 Cement Concrete Materials:

Mixed by a forced concrete mixer,the slump of concrete shall not be greater than 2mm after mixed.
