In case of no photos or invisible defect, you have to send back the faulty parts to us. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes Sylue's property.
    4. Customer must present evidence that the claimed products were bought with Sylue and the broken product is due to manufacturer's defect. All warranty claims must be authorized and accepted by Sylue in advance.
