polyken934 Pipe anticorrosion wrap tape
Cold applied tape coating system for corrosion protection of Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, and Waste Water underground or overhead pipelines.
Structure:
The specification of the tape consists of two layers, adhesive layer and film backing
Adhesive: butyl rubber
Outer layer: Special blend of stabilized polyethylene
Features:
Excellent adhesion to pipe and self
Resistant to UV
Can be applied over a wide temperature range
Good conformability and consistent uniform thickness
Easily applied with no special equipment
Compatible with common pipe coatings
Excellent resistance to cathodic disbonding
Meets ASTM D 1000 , EN 12068,AWWA C 214 Standard
Cold applied
Polyken-980 inner tape
The inner-layer tape shall be applied after the primer and before the outer-layer tape by hand or with a wrapping machine.
Polyken955 outer tape
The outer-layer tape backing shall be compounded so that it will be resistance to outdoor
weathering.
The outer-layer tape shall be applied after the inner-layer tape by hand or with a wrapping
machine.
Polyken-934 tape
934 Tape Cold applied tape coating system designed for the corrosion protection of field joints, fittings, and specialty piping&waterproofing. The highly conformable backing and thick, aggressive adhesive also make it the ideal repair system for all types of main line coatings.
The tape with very tacky adhesive has a release plastic liner to enable proper unwinding of the roll. Whether used as a single wrap with a mechanical layer or a double wrap system, the Polyken934 tape coating system is universally specified in the oil, gas and water industries
It could be applied after the primer by hand or with a wrapping machine
934 tape Structure

Backing:Special blend of stabilized polyolefines
Adhesive:Butyl rubber Bituminous Compound and Adhesion Promoting Resins
Interleaf:Antiadhesive Film Treated with Silicone

Usually 20days/40HQ after deposit payment

It is depends items, usually 300 rolls to 500 rolls

Usually sample is free,customer take care of express charge.
