This automatic filling line is specifically designed for bag on valve aerosol products filling, it has the feature of fast speed, high automation, intelligent, stable and reliable. Some working stations such as automatic weight checking mahcine, automatic water bath leakage testing machine, automatic actuator pressing machine, automatic cap pressing machine are optional depending on customer’s budget.
Automatic crimping machine combines the function of vacuumizing, propellant filling and crmping into a single working head, controlled by PLC system with a friendly touch screen interface, easy for parameters setting, process supervision and problem diagnose. Propellant can be more options such as N2, Co2, Ar, LPG even comperssed air for economic considering.
