Introduction: 

Series CHXC dry magnetic separator is widely applied to separate iron magnetite from non-magnetic materials. With a high magnetic intensity, the dry magnetic iron separator can achieve a high discharge capacity and obtain ore concentrate with high grade. This machine has a good adaptability and stable performance. It can work steadily in harsh environments.

Structure:

Series CHXC dry magnetic iron separator consists of storage bins, belt conveyors, permanent magnetic drum, chute, etc.

Working principle:  

The raw materials are loaded to the storage bin, and then conveyed to a certain height by a belt conveyor to flow into another storage bin. Then through a chute, the raw materials will pass the permanent magnetic drum, where the iron magnetite is separated from non-magnetic materials. After the magnetic separation, the non-magnetic materials will be conveyed to 12 meters away from the dry magnetic separator, while the iron ore concentrates are conveyed to 3 meters away from the dry magnetic separator by the belt conveyor beneath the permanent magnetic drum.

The dry magnetic separator is pulled by a loading machine.
