PCXK series Blockless fine crusher is mainly used for the crushing of burning coal of curing bed boiler in thermal power plant, and can also be used for the crushing of medium hardness ore and rocks in mining, metallurgy, chemical industry and other industries.

PCXK series Blockless fine crusher is applicable for fine crushing phase, and it can crush materials in 150mm, 100mm and 80mm into below 10mm.

  series Blockless fine crusher is mainly made up of frame box, cover, crushing plate, rotor, crushing plate adjusting device, etc.

(2) Working principle of PCXK series crusher

The coal briquettes go into the crusher and crashed by the high speed rotating rotor to be crushed 70%-80% at first time. The remaining 20%-30% coal briquettes obtain kinetic energy and rush to the crushing plate at high speed for a second crushing. The crushing plate ejects the coal briquettes back to the hammer heads, again and again, the coal briquettes will be crushed for many times. Meanwhile, the coal briquettes can be crushed through the mutual crash of themselves. The particle size of the discharge products can be adjusted by adjusting the gap between the rotor and crushing plate. The crushed coal briquettes will go out from the discharge opening.
