 Cement packing machine description

1.Summary 

       BHYW series impeller stationary type cement packer is our new products designed and produced independently by ourselves during the Plan of “Eighth Five”, which have been used by many domestic cement plants through the improvement by our technical personnel unceasingly and deeply welcomed by the users. This machine has the following characteristic:
(1) Accurate weighing, stable performance and simple operation.

(2) Good seals, reasonable structure and durable.

(3) Small volume, light weight, convenient adjustment service.

(4) United mechanical and electrical body, energy saving. No air operated original part makes it be able to realize the compaction, loose of the bag, and bag-drop automatically.

(5) Versatility. This machine not only can be used in the cement packing, but also maybe used in the packing for other preferable fluid powdery, the granulated material.

3. Structure and Functions

      BHYW series impeller stationary type packer mainly includes the body, the feeder mechanism, the control

mechanism, the microcomputer weighing part, hangs the bag mechanism.

a). Body. Profiled bar welding structure is adopted, high intensity, strong steel and compact body.

b).Feeder mechanism. The 2.2KW planet cycloid pin gear speed reducer drives the small chain wheel

through the chain link and the big chain wheel impetus completes the rotation of the material machine. Both positive and negative rotation is available.

c).Ash-discharging organization. Revolved by the 4KW electromotor to impetus main axle impeller and the cement will be discharged by the impeller, which will be packed into the bags.

d). Control mechanism. The filling will be started after inserting the cement sack and pulling handlebar (namely to open damper plate). When the cement is assigned to a definite weight, the weighing organization will emit the signal and the electro-magnet attracts gathers, the control mechanism movement causes the damper plate closure. At this time, the filling is stopped and simultaneously the bag is dropped automatically.

e).Microcomputer weighing part. This packer uses the microcomputer weighing, with such characteristics as convenient adjustment and stable weighing.

f). Sack packer mechanism has uniquely novel automatical sack-drop installment. When the cement installs to demarcate weight, the damper plate will shut down and automatical bag-drop instrument work, the cement bag falls off and leaves the packer, inclining to outside.
