Brief
Bonded magnet is made with the mixtures of magnetic powder and binder through some technology (compression, injection, calendering, extrusion) into a new composite permanent magnetic material.
Classification
According to the different magnetic powder, it is divided into bonded ferrite and bonded neodymium
According to the different binder, it is divided into the injection magnet and rubber magnet which both include anisotropic and isotropic two series.
Application
Anisotropic injection magnet is mainly used for the color display, for example, color TV and computer picture tube so on.
Isotropic injection magnets are mainly used for laser printers, permanent magnet brushless motors, small precise motors, small generators, relays, sensors, inverter air conditioner motors and other ancillary products.
Anisotropic rubber magnet is mainly used for Refrigerator magnet, printing products and promotional materials.
Isotropic rubber magnet has higher magnetic property for the field of micro motor and magnetic toys.
