Richland Mould provides epiboly service for plastic mould and product.

The beginning of the service is from what customer need.

In case customer has the draft drawing, we can help him to upgrade the design except on functional and appearance, the most importance work is to consider how to modify the design in order to reduce cost and acclerate working efficiency.

In case customer does not has drawing, our work can be from functional decription, target market, range of price to consider structure, material, surface treatment, package, etc.

Of course, in most situations, the updating or upgrading is from current ready goods. This work is so familiar to us. We always provide couple of blue prints for our customer to choose.

In the way, opetion can be selected in a big range.

How about the design is finished?

Yes, we can provide prototype making in order to check the design practically.In case the prototype is approved, we will get into platic mould making. The superiority in this process is that all the moulds are made ourselves without appointing another mould supplier. In this way, cost can be reduced or partial cost can be suffered by our side in order to promote the cooperation during old economy.

As long as the mould is finished, mass production is on hand.

Over ten years experience of injection mass production to  control the cost.

Over 50 injection mahine to satisfy large quantity requests during short time.

Here, we come to the surface treatment.

General surface treatment are familiar to us, such as chromed plating, vacuum eveporation coating, nanometer painting, water transferring, Heat transferring, etc.

Finally, packing and transportation are available to us.
