Hot Melt Adhesive for Wound Plaster
This style is a pressure sensitive hot melt adhesive designed for woundplast and other medical self-adhesion products. With balanced performance in tack, holding power and peel strength
Composition: Thermoplastic rubber; synthetic resins; naphthenic oil
Toxicity: Non
Gardener Color: 2~4
Brookfield viscosity:175°C-----------------------3000 Cps
Ring and Ball softening point: 80 ºC~90 ºC
Rolling ball tack: > 18#
Holding power (1000 g, 1 inch2, 23ºC): >10Hr.
180°peel strength to steel: > 18N/inch
Recommended application temperature: 150~180 ºC
Shelf Life: 1Year in dry and cool environment
