IT is a pressure sensitive hot melt adhesive designed for fiber glass tapes and other self-adhesion products.  With balanced performance in tack, holding power and peel strength, low temperature resistance, it can bond many kinds of substrates such as D/S tapes, aluminum foil tapes, raw material compound and so on.

Composition:      Thermoplastic rubber and synthetic resins

Brookfield viscosity:    175°C-----------------------11000 Cps

Ring and Ball softening point:  95-100ºC

Rolling ball tack:  ≥10#

Holding power (1000 g, 1 inch2, 23ºC):  ≥15Hr.

180°peel strength to steel: > 20N/inch

Foreign materials: Invisible by naked eyes

Recommended application temperature: 150~180 ºC
