IT is a pressure sensitive hotmelt glue designed for foam sponge  bonding. 

With balanced performance in tack, holding power and peel strength, it can bond  many kinds of substrates such as plastics, paper, metal and so on.

Composition:    Thermoplastic rubber and synthetic resins          

Toxicity:    None

Gardener Color:  3~5

Brookfield viscosity:      

                  175°C------------------------2300 Cps

Ring and Ball softening point:  80ºC~90 ºC

Rolling ball tack: > 30#

Holding power (1000 g, 1 inch2, 23oC): >15Hr

180°peel strength to steel: > 30 N/inch

Foreign materials: Invisible by naked eyes 

Recommended application temperature: 150~180 ºC 

Application methods: slot or roller            

Shelf Life: 1Year in dry and cool environment
