Description: This product type for laminated PVC card manufacturing process, can be directly printed patterns, and thermal lamination film with a simplified fabrication process, save time, bonding strength, suitable for the production of a variety of personalized cards card.

Technical Features: Suitable for all inkjet printers (Epson, HP, Cannon, Lexmark) and other digital printing.

Technical parameters: Appearance white, smooth surface clean, no impurity and uneven material.

Lamination temperature: 95 degrees Celsius ~ 140 Celsius

Storage conditions: care, and room temperature, accumulation of less than one meter high.

General thickness: 0.15mm, 0.30mm, 0.38mm (other thickness can be customized)

Producing Procedure :

1. Scanning or inputting the image and information into the computer and type setting
2.  Printing what you have finished in the computer on the PVC printing material ( PVC card material , PVC card paper)
3. Laminating the PVC film with glue and PVC card material and chip if necessary after inke is dry
4. 4.Cutting the finished card in the cut machine and finished
