overview :

    The machine can be used for processing the black engine oil,Crude oil and plastic oil etc, by distilled catalyst to get gasoline and diesel oil. The waste oil pumped into the distillation, through the coal (or fuel oil) heating to working temperature, the maximum working temperature is 410 degree, the required gasoline and diesel oil can be obtained after catalytic distillation. When the reaction of waste oil in reactor is complete, stop heating, and removing the residue from the tank of bottom, then the machine can be used again.

2,Systems of equipment

    Reaction tank: waste oil will be pumped into this tank from the primary filter.

Heating system: burning coal or fuel oil to make the oil temperature up to setting value. The system equips with insulation system.

    Catalytic system:: waste oil reaches the predetermined temperature, via catalytic effect, and then the gaseous hydrocarbons will become gasoline and diesel composition.

    Cooling system: gasoline and diesel after catalytic effect can be condensed into liquid materials.

    Temperature control system: ensure that waste oil transform into gasoline, kerosene and diesel oil, waste oil drying by distillation, can stop heating timely.

    Exhaust gas handling system: a small amount of not liquefied gas via treated, can meet emission standards.

3,Index of oil after treatment:

diesel oil : 86-88%,

gasoline oil: 5-6%,

Oil residue: 6-8%.

5,Product advantage:

    1) the working principle: the used oil directly in under the action of catalyst distillation get standard diesel;

    2) the diesel filter plate and frame provided with machine can, do not need to add acid, alkaline, and clay refining;
