Description:

Sanxing FD3 linear motors are designed so that no additional space is required other then its total length. Unlike other actuators, the stoke does not extend out of the unit, instead it moves along the track of the unit. This feature allows you to have the same hole-to-hole dimension and fits perfectly in an area where additional space is not an option. Each track linear actuator comes with 2 wires (positive and negative), internal limit switches (non-adjustable) and mounting hole on the motor end. Forces available are 1000N at 30-34mm/s ( no load ) and 5000N at 4-5mm/s ( no load ).

The handset is the unit to be used when you want the SANXING system ( SANXING actuator + SANXING control box + SANXING handset ) to perform a movement. The handset has the up/down position control. It determines whether the control box will make the actuator move in or out.

Working Principles / Connection of SANXING System:

* The screw rod in the actuator push the white slider moving.

* Don't connect the main cable until all actuators and handsets have been connected to the control box.

* Check that all plugs are will connected and firm pushed into the connection plug.

* The actuator can be operated by pushing a button on the handset. Use only one button at a time.
