This 12v led fiber optic light kit, including 1pc 12W high power LED light engine model LEK-431 with RGBW color changing and twinkle white color wheel and 328pcs mixed diameter fiber optic cables to make vivid star ceiling field. It can cover 3*4 square meter. It is RGBW LED with twinkle white color wheel version.

By the way, this fiber optic night kit is safe to touch as no electrical or heat is transmited through fthe fiber.
