1. What is the difference between frame size, picture size and visual size?

Frame size is the whole light box contains aluminum frame,the outer frame.
Picture size is the advertising picture which you want to printed.
Visual size is the part you can see when you installed picture in the light box.

Why?

Thin light boxes aluminum frame size is 4cm, up  added down is 8cm, please refer to the picture above.As the picture is clamped in the light box by the frame, which is why the frame size is 40 * 60cm,picture size is 34 * 54cm.

So, why the picture size is 34 * 52cm,but the visual size is 32 * 52cm?

Because the aluminum frame is four side flip opening ,in order to make the picture affixed the panel,when you put the picture in, the picture will be clamped by the frame about the visual size is small than the picture you print.
2. Where to buy the the picture? What's the material of AD picture?

You can contact us to order your AD picture OR you can buy it from advertising companies,they all have this PET back inkjet transparencies.If you are not familiar with this, you just tell to buy pictures used in light box.
