Q. What sort of glass containers does Glassworks supply?
A. We supply a range of glass containers, including glass bottles, glass jars, glass wax containers and also glass tableware.

Q. Where are the products produced?
A. For the UK market they are produced predominantly in our glass factories in Bulgaria. Although we also supply glass containers from any of our seven other factories located in Greece, Romania and the Ukraine.

Q. Will the quality of glass be as good as the domestic suppliers?
A. Yes, our glass factories are accredited with all relevant quality certificates including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 22000. They have been audited by Coca-Cola, Pepsi-Cola, Heineken and many other multi-national companies.

Q. Do you keep any products in stock?
A. Yes, we keep a range of glass bottles in our  warehouse, please ask for details.

Q. Can Glassworks handle large orders? 
A. Yes Glassworks are fully able to handle (subject to free capacity) large as well as small orders.

Q. I understand there is currently a shortage of glass containers in Europe, is this correct?
A. Over the last 12 months demand has definitely outstripped supply in Europe for a variety of reasons. 
Q. Do you supply to different countries as well as the UK?
A. Yes, we also supply to France, Germany and the Netherlands.

Q. Is there a minimum order?
A. Yes, there are minimum orders for glass bottles and jars, depending on availability and circumstances at that time. Please contact us for details.

Q. Do you produce Green Glass?
A. Yes, we produce and supply Green Glass to the UK market.

Q. Do you produce Amber Glass?
A. Yes, we produce and supply Amber Glass to the UK market.

Q. Do you produce any other colours of Glass?
A. Our factories also have foreherth capabilities and can produce other colours including Blue (please contact us for further details)

Q. Are the glass products shown on your website all the products that you produce?
A. No, this is a selection of the bottles and jars that we produce to give you an idea of what we can do. Some of our bottles are specific to a certain customer. Please contact us for more information.
