1. Board: We use multi-advanced equipment, control the density, the flatness and thickness of board strictly. All of this ensure Lehua ACP has superior even flatness than other brands in China. Meanwhile, it won't change bad in the flatness in a very long period.

Bright in color, and it also has a strong distortion resistance and bend resistance.

2. Surface Coating: Adopting American PPG fluorocarbon resin coating (KYNAR500), which has excellent brightness, strong peeling strength, acid reisistance, alkali resistance, 

corrosion resistance, oil resistance and scrub resistance....

3. Core Panel: Using the exportation PE, which are without poison, and both side with aluminum, which is difficult to flame, and an good fireproof material.

4. Adhesive: During the produce, the most difficulty and important is the adhere. If use unstable bond with bad quality, the acp has two conjoin two or more time, this will make weak peeling strength. Perhaps within one or two years, or encounter heavy load, it will incur impart between aluminum and the core.

Lehua ACP adapt Korean and American importation polymeric membrane, in the high tempertaure, aluminum board and plastic will be conjioined in one time by polymeric membrane. so Lehua Brand  acp has super peeling strength,( is up to 180N/2.5CM, which is much high than other acp panel.
