Our company has two lines with silica sol process, two lines with stamping process, one line for forging and 2 lines for machining, the product weight we produce ranges from 0.002KG to 250KG, the largest size is 1500mm-1500mm-2000mm, the surface roughness can reach Ra0.04-6.4, we control the tolerance based on ISO standard, and chemical analysis is made through spectral device. We can deal with the surface treatments such as surface pickled, sand blasting, polishing, electrolytic polishing, electroplate, dipping, electrophoresis and so on. Our company has obtained quality system certificate of ISO2008, and verified by Japan hydrographic Institute and drinking water machines industry.
