Descriptions:

Baghouse Dust Collectors use needle felt bags for filtrations and reverse pulse jet air to clean bags. The dust laden gas enters through the bags. Dusts are filtered by dustcake and fabric. The clean air exits through the outside the bags. After a set time of filteration, the control board ignites the actions of pulse valves. The valves release the compressed air and blow up the bags through nozzles on the blow pipes. Thus the bags are refreshed and continue to filter dusts. This type of bag dust collectors can be used for any industrial dust collections, even sticky or high temperature dusts.

Our Baghouse Dust Collectors are modular design. Multi modules can be combined into a large unit. Thus the baghouse has unlimited bags. Each module can be shipped in standard container, which greatly reduce the freight cost.

• Minimum maintenance. Tool-free maintenance for filter bags & cages. Easy access doors on top of dust collectors.
• Handrail on top and pulse control weather hood are as standard components
