Milk tanker

Usage:

The milk tanker is widely used for long distance transportation of milk or other liquid products. The tank wall adopts high quality SUS304 stainless steel, 2B surface, the jacket adopts high density PU as insulation with new procedure and all inner corners are well radius to avoid sanitary dead angel. CIP spraying balls are fixed inside which enables easy cleaning. It is up to industry standard and food sanitary requirements.

The tank can keep the milk in food quality during the transportation, improve the sanitary conditions, reduce transfer cost and save labor. It can be as a truck when it does not transfer liquid milk and download the tank.

Technical parameters:

Material: SUS304 stainless steel, seal packing collar adopts food sanitary silica gel.

Capacity: 2,000 liters, 3,000 liters, 4,000 liters, 5,000 liters, 6,000l liters, 8,000 liters, 10,000 liters, 12,000 liters, 15,000 liters, 20,000 liters.

Temperature: -20°C-+40°C, liquid temperature in the pot is about 4±1°C, temperature change in eight hours loading is ≤2°C.

Standard attachments: quick open seal manhole, breathing valve, CIP cleaning pipe, material imputing hole (valve attached)

Size: according to the size of truck batholith provided by customer.
