Operating principle:

The raw material coming from last process is conveyed to beating barrel by spiral organ and then crashed by spinning blade at high rotational velocity. The frection between the rotating impeller sift makes fruits and vegetable into pulp,juice,tegument and seeds. The pulp and juice will get to next process through the small sift screen while the tegument, seeds and fiber are discharged as dregs. The space between the impeller and sift can be adjusted to control the product quality.

Equipment Composition:

Stationary barrier main transmission shaft part, sieve part, auto-cleaning part, screw propel charging part, water system, electric system and so on.

Application:

Pulping machine is used in fruits and vegetables processing line. The machine can be used to separate the pulpous serosity from tegument and seeds. The pulp and serosity are conveyed to the next process while the pericarp and seeds are discharged as dregs.
