Description for CIP system :
1. Named also Clean in place system, used mainly for cleaning food processing factory equipment , with piping connect to each different equipment to make sure clean whole plant machine.
2. Our factory can provide manual, semi-auto and full-auto type, client can choose according to his factory requirement.
3. For manual type, usually acid , alkali and water tank together in one tank with plate separate.
For semi-auto and full-auto type, we have three tanks or fours tanks , client can choose, four tank means acid tank, alkali tank, hot water tank, pure water tank, you can choose according to factory requirement .
4. As we are factory, we accept customized order. For example, for main control parts, if you have specific brand requirement, just tell us , we can provide according to your brand requirement.
5. Material: you can choose SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel, high quality raw material will be used.
