Hot air gun heating by electric wire and then blown out from inside of the machine in order to achieve the heating to the object. And our daily lives using hairdryer principle is the same, but compared to the hair dryer, heat gun to get higher temperatures, generally the highest can reach 500-600degrees Celsius.

Generally, There are two grade adjustment, high temperature(high winds) grade, lower temperature (low wind) grade. Sometimes, it could be three grade. Simply high, medium and low grades.But basically the users will be used high grade for the high quality heat gun.

One is ceramic and the other one is mica plate. We are called for the ceramic core and mica plate core. Mica plate is slowly being replaced by ceramic. Mica plate core has as olid structure, good strength, good ventilate, low cost characteristics. there is a very important part-the thermostat, the role is to prevent the machine from overheating and cause danger.
