Brief introduction:

Central air conditioning system training device can simulate real process of building central air conditioning system. It can demonstrate "summer refrigeration cycle" and "winter heating cycle" process of the central air conditioning. 1. The electrical control system

Electrical control system uses electrical control cabinet type and its size is approximately 600 × 500 × 1800mm. By the central air-conditioning special controller, leakage switch, signal lights, selector switch, thermal relay control buttons, multi-function digital temperature meter, digital voltage meter, temperature transmitters and other components in accordance with the central air-conditioning control flow design

2. Central air conditioning models

Central air conditioning models are miniature in accordance with real central air conditioning, including the "refrigeration cycle system" and "heating circulation system." All components are using industrial components to meet the national standards, the model installed on the top of the square steel frame, with its bottom mounted with universal wheel.

2.1 Refrigeration cycle system: It mainly includes compressor, evaporator, condenser, solenoid valves, filters, expansion valve, sight glass, accumulator, spray cooling towers, cooling water pumps, cooling water pumps.

2.2 Heating circulation system: It mainly includes analog electric boilers, hot water circulating pump, etc.

2.3 Simulated room: The main frame is made of industrial profiles. wall and plate are all using environmentally friendly packaging.

Parameter requirement of the electrical control system

(1) Central air conditioning dedicated controller: well-known brand, bus control technology.

(2) Relay elements: contactors, relays, push button switches, temperature transmitters, leakage switch, indicator light, and temperature controller.

(3) Instrumentation: Multi-function digital temperature controller, temperature display meter, ammeter, uses voltmeter, etc., to monitor operating current and voltage of the compressor, fan, circulating water pump actuator, and monitor component’s temperatures of outlet, return air, the condenser.

(4) Process monitoring and temperature acquisition:

It uses computer to carry out the central air conditioning process monitoring, control and data acquisition (outlet temperature, return air temperature, chilled water outlet temperature of the cooling water and so on). Control mode must include manual mode, auto mode and computer remote control mode. It uses multi-file switch to make the exchange of the three control modes.

Manual mode: That is using different buttons on the control cabinet door to start and stop the corresponding devices. Such as: Press the “chilled water pump start button SB1", chilled water pumps in operation status, chilled water indicator lights. Press the “chilled water pump stop button SB2", chilled water pumps stopped running, chilled water indicator goes off. Manual mode is generally used when it is in debugging or commissioning phase. Auto mode: Press the ‘system start button’ on the control cabinet door. And then the system gradually opens the main fans, cooling water pumps, refrigeration and other equipment according to PLC default logical order until the system is fully put into operation. During operation, the system gradually stops the device in a logical order by pressing the "stop button system". Computer remote control mode: That is using the computer to control the central air conditioning system. Manual mode and auto mode can be also used in the computer user interface. At the same time, the computer can carry out the functions like data acquisition, monitoring, report generation and fault alarming recording.
