The trainer uses Lexus 400 electronically controlled pneumatic suspension system. It meets the teaching needs of the structure, working principle and fault setting and diagnosis.of the suspension electronic control system.

Structure and composition

Door switch, brake switch, height control switch, air suspension computer, the left front wheel air suspension, the right front wheel air suspension, air suspension of the left rear wheel and the right rear wheel, left front, right front, left rear, right rear height sensor, drier, air pump, front height control valve, rear height control valve, exhaust valve, diagnostic seat, etc.

Features

1. The structure and composition of suspension system can be demonstrated.

2. It fully simulates various cars driving condition.The air suspension system automatically elevates, descends and automatic damping changes when driving condition changes, etc.

3. The complete schematics and detection terminal of the air suspension system are printed on the bench panel. A variety of signal parameters, such as: voltage, resistance, frequency, etc. of various sensors and air suspension system can be detected by instrument.

4. The test bench can simulate the road conditions, load changes, driving conditions and then the computer will adjust automatically.

5. Light-emitting diodes installed on the bench panel which can fully display theworking status of each circuit and fully display the voltage of each height sensor.

6. After setting the fault, the trainees can use the instrument to check out the location and content of the faults through the fault troubleshooting exercises.

7. The test bench is also equipped with data detection port. The trainees can use the instgruments to learn the diagnostic functions such as reading and clearing the fault code, reading the dynamic data flow and setting the parameter.
