Structure
 

1, upright: The pillar is usually made up of  ”H” type steel and  cold rolling steel while cantilever uses square tube,cold rolling steel or ”H” type steel. The cantilever connects to pillar through plugin type or bolt fastening. The base using  ”H” type steel or cold rolling steel connects to pillar through bolt fastening. The height is in 2.5m.

2, cantilever arm: length of cantilever is in 1.5m. Each cantilever’s load capacity is in 500kg.

Characteristics

1,use handling equipment with wider fork arms.

2,low utility ratio of space, about 35% to 50%.

1.    Plastic bags & foam for inner package, Carton boxes for outer package,Plastic Membrane outside. 

2.    Any other special package is negotiable in case of customers’ convenience.

3.   Delivery terms : We can arrange EXW,FOB,CIF,CNF, CPT terms. 

 The main delivery ways including:

1. By Couriers: DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT are the main courier companies we are cooperated,we can make freight charges based on the most costly or fastest option; 

 2. By courier always for small parcel packages based on Door to door solution;By Air: Normally delivery from the Shanghai air port to customer’s destination city air port, this solution is mostly for heavy and urgent parts order;

3. By Sea: Normally delivery from the Shanghai sea port or Ningbo Sea port

1.  What is the time for quotation ?

SHINTOOL: For small items quotation normally reply in 24 hours, long list quotation, normally reply on 1-2 days.

2.      What is the delivery time for the parts?

SHINTOOL: For short lift order, and normal parts which we have stock, 

2- 3days after received of payment. For long list, normally 5-7 days.

3.    What payment solution acceptable?

SHINTOOL: Normally is based on the TT payment solution, small amount order, perferable by Western Union, Paypal.
