2.By courier always for small parcel packages based on Door to door solution;By Air: Normally delivery from the Shanghai air port to customer’s destination city air port, this solution is mostly for heavy and urgent parts order;

3. By Sea: Normally delivery from the Shanghai sea port or Ningbo Sea port

1.  What is the time for quotation ?

SHINTOOL: For small items quotation normally reply in 24 hours, long list quotation, normally reply on 1-2 days.

2.  What is the delivery time for the parts?

SHINTOOL: For short lift order, and normal parts which we have stock, 

2- 3days after received of payment. For long list, normally 5-7 days.

3.   What payment solution acceptable?

SHINTOOL: Normally is based on the TT payment solution, small amount order, perferable by Western Union, Paypal.
