Models for Pelton Turbine
Pelton turbine is suitable for high water head .Small type can be used for 40m-250 m and large type can be used for 450m-100m.
With jet incidence angle 0, the pelton turbine is the most efficiency inclined jet hydroturbine .
Small Pelton turbine is usually horizontal layout to reduce the cost and ease of installation and maintenance.
Large and medium-sized Pelton turbines use vertical layout, so that not only the plant area can be reduced, but also to facilitate the installation of a multi-nozzle.
