Features:

Crystal lamination film is the ideal sticky-back transparent PVC film. According to the texture of the film surface, it can be divided into the glossy film, matte film, magic star texture, laser texture & many other special texture film. The cold laminating film is pressed on the surface of sheets by automatic cold laminators to prevent them from being scratched and polluted. It is making the photos and images with high anti-corrosion, anti-ultraviolet erosion, never fade, never be yellow. What’s more, the pressed one can increase the strong three-dimensional sense and have unintended effects. 

Application: 

It can be widely used in photo studio industry, advertising industry, electronic industry, mobile phones and other beauty industry, such as the wedding photo, oil production, Crafts, outdoor posters, advertisements, all kinds of pictures, documents, information and so on. Applied to larger advertising, construction and decoration rendering, background decoration, will have much better protective effect. 

Usage:

1. Adjustment the plastic shaft’s pressure.

A. Turn the pressure regulator handle on the box’s both sides of the machine, separate the up and down two-axis, place the picture and the cold laminating film between the two-axis, turn the pressure regulator handle, make the up axis move down parallel, when turn the pressure regulator handle suddenly relax which means the two-axis has been in contract, now please don’t continue forcing pressure, just tight the pressure regulator handle gently. If you continue forcing pressure, it will cause the axis the produce the variant and so that the operation failed.

B. After adjustment the pressure, exit the picture and cold laminating film from the two-axis, and preparation for the film laminating.

Questions:

1. A large area of the picture has “fog” feeling.

  A. The lamination film pressure is not enough---adjust the pressure of the cold laminating machine.

  B. The both ends of the cold laminating film machine is uneven---adjust the cold laminating machine spacing and adjust screws to achieve equidistant.

  C. Lamination photo paper---the photo paper surface is uneven, generally about 25°C, it will automatic disappear after place 2-3 hours, the higher the temperature, the faster it disappear.

  D. Lamination PP adhesive---a. Hands touch without “though” feeling of the PP adhesive surface, handle according to the above method; b. Hands touch with “though” feeling, need to change the PP adhesive.

  E. The viscosity of the glue is not good under the low temperature---a. Improve the temperature of the use environment; b. Change the cold laminating film.

2. There are “white spots” after go through the picture.

  A. The viscosity of the glue is not enough---a. Improve the temperature of the use environment; b. Change the cold laminating film.

  B. The glue is thin---Generally the distance is not long, a great chance before and after the downtime, generally pull off a few meters is OK.

  C. Hands touch with “rough” feeling of the PP adhesive surface---a. Change the PP adhesive; b. Or use the photo studio film to go through the picture.

  D. There is dust in air—a. Clean operation environment; b. turn of the blow and into wind source.

  E. Water droplets (eg: saliva) is not intend splashed on the spray painting surface---a. when operation, especially when speaking, don’t face to the picture. b. Dry the air temperature of the environment, like air-condition, air-heater, ventilate etc.

3. Immediately appear “bubble” after lamination the picture

  The glue dose not “aging”---change cold laminating film

4. Appear “bubble”---it’s good after lamination, but appear “bubble” after place for some time (or the next day)

  A. The glue does not “aging”---open cold laminating film

  B. the picture does not intensive drying, especially in winter, because the winter inks have antifreeze liquid component, not easy to volatilize completely---make the picture intensive drying, generally the place time in winter should twice longer more than in summer, and then lamination the picture (should attention dustproof).

  C. Large area only one color, like total black, total red etc---a. Adjust light color; b. Change inks; c. Intensive drying the picture (completely drying); d. Warm picture surface; e. Change more viscosity cold laminating film, the thinner the better.

  D. The low environment temperature, make the cold laminating surface too hard---increase the use environment temperature.

  E. The cold laminating film is too thick---change the thin cold laminating film.

  F. Immediately roll up the picture after lamination, the glue and picture surface dose not intensive fuse---roll up smoothly placed about 45 minutes later after laminated.

  G. Glue aged---change cold laminating film.
