Product Introduction

Bananas contain moderate amounts of vitamin B6, vitamin C, manganese and potassium, possibly contributing to electrolyte balance. Freeze Dried Banana powder is a powder made from the vacuum freezes dryer processed fresh bananas. It is used as a component for production of milk shakes and baby foods. It is also used in the manufacture of various types of cakes and biscuits.

Physiological Functions

Along with other fruits and vegetables, consumption of bananas may be associated with a reduced risk of colorectal cancer and in women, breast cancer and renal cell carcinoma.
