Fly to Beijing airport: By high speed train from Beijing Nan to Cangzhou Xi (1 hour), then we can pick up you.

Fly to Shanghai Airport: By high speed train From Shanghai Hongqiao  to Cangzhou Xi(4.5 hours),then we can pick up you.

Q5: What can you do if the machine broken?

A5: Our machine's warranty period is 13months, if the broken parts can't repair, we can send the new parts replace the broken parts freely. If after warranty period, we will supply technical support to solve the problems, and we supply the technical support for the whole life of the equipment.  

Q6: Do you have after sales support?

A6: Yes, we supply technical support for all life and we also have technicians available across the world.  

Q7: How do your machines compare with other big companies in this market?

A7: Our machines don’t have glamorous appearance, but they are strong and durable, working life is more than 10 years.

Q8: How does your factory ensure the good quality?

A8: Quality is our business life. Except the quality materials which the eye could see, the most important quality is the final products beautiful and have accurate datas. We will draw the drawing base on customers’ profile and requirement, and after processing the rollers, we will check and test the rollers and machine, to ensure the final products are the same with customers’ profiles. Once we find inacceptable tolerance, we must solve it and never allow it to exist in customers’ workshop.

Q9: Do you sell standard machines or accept customization?

A9: We sell both standard machines and customized machines. In fact, most of customers have their own requirements, so most machines are customized. 

Q10: Can you make the machine according to my design or proto type?

A10: Yes. You only need to supply your profile or design picture, we will produce the machines according to your basic request. 

Q11: How can we be assured that you will deliver us quality machine with spare parts?

A11: 1)Customers could send the technical people to our factory to check the quality.

    2). We can send the technicians to the buyer`s factory for the installation and training of the machine.

    3). Good aftersales-service, its free of charge during the warranty period.
