1-You need to contact our sales to discuss your specific requirement regarding the kiosk design .

2- Our design team create and revise the design according to your comments.

3-We sign the contract after the design has been approved .

4-You need to pay deposit .

5- We building kiosk according to the approved drawing of kiosk design .

6- Quality inspection .

7- We make package .

8- You arrange the balance .

9- Shipping . We can send the kiosk to your mall if you want .

10- We provide technique guide service forever and replaced accessories for 3 years.

11- If you are VIP client, we can provide free design service after the initial order .

6. How is the shipment?

• Usually 2-3 days before we finish the production we will inform you arrange the rest 50% payment and we will arrange the shipment after we receive the money. Also be sure that the earlier payment the earlier shipment.

7. How about the vessel booking?

• Usually we don't book vessel for you because of our "EXW"&"FOB". But if you really need us booking vessel for you we are pleased to serve you wholeheartedly but you should pay the fees.

8. How about taking delivery?

• We will present you all the original shipping documents via express after you clear all the payment and also we can arrange telex release if you need it. And you can take the delivery with the shipping doucument after you clear your custom.

9. How about "After-sale Service"?

Usually we provide you 3-years of after-sale service and we can send our chargeable engineer to your side if our production occurs badly fault.
