Introduction
Our air bubble forming roller is cooled by inner water which cooling effect is very ideal compared to which is cooled by out wind blowing, meanwhile, the output is increased greatly under this kind of cooling system, speed is 1500 meter per hour.
Bubble Wrap Plant is mainly used to poduce PE air bubble film with LDPE.
This final product is popular as a kind of packaging material. It enjoys such advantages as good shock absorption capability, impact resistance, heal sealing capability, corrosion resistance and good diaphaneity performance, etc.
This machine can prodcue two layers air bubble film with the max width 1500mm, shorter film can be also made by inserting a deckel in the die lip.
Other features
Adopt inner cooling water recycle system, cooling effect is more ideal than cooling by wind. Meanwhile, output increase greatly.
