• Based on steel structure and light wall panels, composed of top structure, base structure, corner posts and 14 interchangeable wall panels.
• Match ISO dimensions, 4 individual houses packed together for Combined transportation. 75% transportation cost can be saved.
• Can Stack 3 storeys without any external support. 

   Single Installation:

• Recommend standard external dimension: 6058(20’, L) ×2438(8’, W) ×2800(H)mm.
• For some special projects, 3000mm W, 9125mm(30’) or 12192(40’) L will be available.

Integral Installation: 

Every individuar units It can be used individually, or combined them together horizontally or vertically (≤3-storey) to meet the using function in different areas. 

1. We can offer you a full finished house which you can finish your location by a  crane, A building with 2-storey building can be finished in one day. 

2. In order to save the transport cost we packed 4-6units in a bundle, a installation must be done to evey unit when they reached the local place. However, there is nothing to worry about, we will give you a installation vedio. After all the singel units finished we can do the lifting and combination.

3. Typcal Modular Unit-Accommodation:  

This Vip room is combined by two flat packed container house with toilet and shower, the inner decoration, furnitures and electric appliances according to your requirement.

This Single and double room are both completed with toilet, the inner decoration, furnitures and electric appliances according to your requirement.

This one person room is completed with toilet and shower, the inner decoration, furnitures and electric appliances according to your requirement.

This two person room can be completed with toilet or not, the inner decoration, furnitures and electric appliances according to your requirement.

This four person room is without washroom, the inner decoration, furnitures and electric appliances according to your requirement.

4. Typcal Modular Unit: Office 

We have variety options for office.
