Performance:

This slitting machine is suitable for slitting and rewinding such various roll material as PE, BOPP, PET, CPP, CPE, PVC,  aluminium foil and paper etc. and can cut edge separate and cut material according to different requirements during production.

5) The unwinding unit adopts automatic position line (edge) controller (EPC), the photocell can trace transparent materials and color line

6) The unwinding unit adopts one piece 5kg magnetic powder brake to control the tension.  
The rewinding unit adopts two pieces magnetic powder clutch to control the tension

6) Wind blow system or rewinding system for waste edge is fixed

7) Automatic meter counter

8) Air shaft for unwinding and rewinding roller.(total 3 pieces)

9) Press roller traction pneumatic controlling.
