Instruction:

Put on your compression stocking in the morning before get off from bed. Keep legs clean and dry. Beware of your sharp fingernails or rings which may cause damage of the stocking fabric.

Then put on your stocking by following step by step:

1. Grasp the heel pouch from inside and turn stocking inside out but keep the feet section tucked in.
2. Pull the stocking over your feet to the heel and make sure the heel at the heel pouch position correctly.
3. Slip the stocking over to the ankle and hit the heel pouch snugly over your heel. Smooth up to your leg. Carefully pull the stocking a little bit at a time. Do not stretch at the upper edge of the stocking.
4. Smooth out all the wrinkles till feel comfortable with it.

Attention:

• Keep your feet in good condition, avoid protruding nails and cracked soles which may damage fabric of stocking.
• Don’t pull hard when wearing, avoid the damaged of elastic or lace band.
• Always consult with your doctor before wear compression stockings.
• If there is any numbness, irritation or skin discoloration in the toes, stop and remove your stocking immediately and consult with your doctors.
