The  smoothroller crusher is mainly of Fixed Roller, Fixed roller bearing seat,  Scraper device,  Active Roller,  Active roller bearing seat,  Protection spring and hydraulic system,  Bolts to fix spring,  Top cover dismantling bolt,  Roller observation window,  Grease nipple,  Machine lifting hole,  Feeding inlet,  Host pulley,  Adjusting bolt of fixed roller,  Foundation bolt hole,Bearing temperature sensor (users select the device)  and so on. 

Working principle

The motor drives the fixed roller and movable roller to work via reducer, V-belts or coupling. Materials are put into the space between the two rollers via the feed entrance. As the two rollers inward turning, the input materials are crushed, pressed, ground, and at last come out from the base of the machine.
