Q1): How do I place an order? ( For Heat Transfer Product)

Please send us email and let us know:

1. Please let us know which product you would like to order (eg. Reflective . high elastic .Flat Ink, Raise Rubber, 3D picture, Embroidery Patch, PU Transfer etc.)
2. Please provide the vector (AI/PDF/PSD/CDR) artwork of your design
3. In the artwork, kindly please indicate the color pantone# and size of design. Then, we can give you more information and get back to you with a precise quotation as soon as possible
4. The quantity of order
5. Contact detail and company name

Q2) What content of fabric can be applied your heat transfer product?

Normally, our heat transfer products can apply on most of the fabric. However, we need to assure our product is suitable for your fabric, please provide bulk fabric for us to test the accurate application.

Q3) MOQ-  What is the minimum order quantity?

We will print your logo on a 44*60 cm sheet,one sheet can have several logo on it,it all depend on the size of your logo.

Our MOQ is 500 sheet,if less than 500 sheet,there will be a mould fee US $ 85.

Q4) Could you please give me the quality sample?

If you need some samples for reference, ptse let us know your fully address/ship mode with courier a/c#, and we will arrange our available sample for your reference, thanks!

Q5) Hong long is the lead time?

Sample Lead Time: 3 Days

Bulk Lead Time: 4-7 days (Depends on order qty)

Q6) What is the delivery cost?

For the shipment, our price is quoted in Ex-Fty HK. The Local or Air Forwarder cartages or Extra transportation expenses are not included in the unit price. Moreover please advise us your postal address detail, so we can check the shipping cost for you.

PAYMENT TERMS: Paypal, T/T, Westren union before shipment
