Fall Prevention Alarm for Hospital Patient and Elderly wheelchairs Pull String Monitor

Mold NO.: PA-37-1

1) Side: two reset buttons:(to stop the alarm, press two buttons at the same time)
2) Front: magnet
3) Battery compartment (from left to right):
    a. tone switch: Alarm - Music
    b. volume switch: Hi - Low
4) LED light:
    a. standby, green light
    b. low battery, yellow light
    c. alarm ring, red light

To setup your alarm monitor:
1) Set the desired alarm and tone setting in the battery compartment.
2) Attach the monitor to the desired location using strap, or the back
    clip working with optional bracket / socket.
3) Place the magnet on the front metal plate.
4) The alarm is activated when the user moves away the magnet from
     the alarm plate. To reset the alarm monitor, either reset the monitor,
    or place the magnet back on the metal plate.

Notice:
1) When battery is in use the front green LED light will flash every 5 seconds. When
     the battery is low, the front yellow LED light will flash every 5 seconds.
2) Adjust the tone and volume settings on the monitor to fit the user by using
    the appropriate controls inside the battery compartment.
3) Place the magnet on the metal plate to activate system and pull away the magnet for testing to          ensure function, if placed properly.
