At first PVC hard chips for solid medicines form the blister by heat forming, after filling drugs and then be sealed with aluminum foil to shape packing of aluminum-plastic structure, and then shape the tropical blister foil as the shield and heatedly sealed with PVC hard chips to form the aluminum-plastic-aluminum structure packing, It has very good barrier performance against moisture, oxygen, light and UV rays, it is a similar material as cold forming blister aluminum foil, with good stability, can provide best protection for those drugs of strict requirements in different environments, also economical in cost can be packed more tablets or capsules in each pack, , and special flat appearance easily to be pressed with company information and trademark on it for advertising. Glorious and silvery white luster appearance of this product will bring more additional values.
As the shield of PVC hard chips for blister packaging , it doesn't directly contact foods or drugs, suitable for high-density drugs;high barrier performance against moisture, oxygen, light and UV rays; Used as special packaging materials for the drugs under the extreme ( high or low Temperature) environment;
Fine printing on the flat appearance for advertising.
