of high-temperature heating; chemical element analysis, and small pieces of steel hardening,

annealing, tempering,university lab, research institutes.

l This laboratory muffle furnace has two types,vertical type and horizontal type.If

you have a work table, suggestions on the selection of horizontal.If not,you can choose

horizontal type muffle furnace.

l Energy,furnace chamber used Morgan materials imported fibers ,high purity

ceramic fiber insulation( energy saving 40% and weight lighter about 50% than old

furnace).And less consumption and light materials, convenient to move. Strong resistance to

sharp quenching and snap heat, low density.

l Furnace refractory material imports, good insulation properties, high

temperature resistance, thermal shock.

l Furnace body construction : Double layers carbon steel casing with corrosion

preventive with better thermal insulation and heat insulation.And with fan cooling to ensure

the surface of furnace below 50°C, excellent acid and alkali erosion endurance.

l Furnace door can be rotated 360°C,open and close conveniently and good

sealing effect.

l Several protective devices adopted : alarm for open circuit of thermocouple with

B type and over loading protect.

l Over-temperature protection, over load automatic power-off system.

*The temperature is controlled by precision SCR(Silicon Controlled Rectifier) with

accuracy +/-1 C and 30 segments programmable control.The fast rate of temperature

increasing and decreasing.

*PID microcomputer control, automatic constant temperature,rapid temperature

compensation.

*Built in protection for over-heated and broken thermal couple.

*Large digital control panel for easy operation.
