This producton line has production capacity of churnng out diameter16mm-160mm PPR pipe continuously with assembling the special high-speed single extruder, which is distinguishingly designed with co-extrusn die head, the production speed can reach 20m/min, The PPR pipe made by the this facility has such features of smooth on both sides, week internal stress, anti-corrosion, anti-corosion,antibiosis,shock resistane,aging resistant, no leakage, light weight, economc investment, convenient application and so on. This facility can also be used to produce the HDPE silicone core pipe,PB pipe,PE pipe,PEX pipe,etc.
Theeconomic and technical norms of the finished products are all reached the international standards after been detected by National chemical construction test center, which are the first choices to replace the traditional galvanized pipe and applicable to so many fields, such as conveying the hot and cold water,central-heating,and floor heating.

a.After being informed machines ready for inspection, customer can send engineers to our factory.
b.After the machines are delivered to customer’s factory;We will send one or two technicians to the factory after preparation work is completed;Technicians will be responsible for guide on-site installation and testing machines.
